"Thank you and your team for the recent lighting work at our home. From beginning to end your team was professional, courteous and responsive. When I first started the project, I was especially pleased with your suggestions for the lighting, both in type of lighting and location, that would best enhance the property. I was especially appreciative of that, despite my requests otherwise, that you made several recommendations where you believed that lighting would not be needed essentially telling me in a nice way to "not waste my money."

I also wanted to compliment Brian Dockins, your on-site foreman, for the way he conducted himself, and directed his team. When I asked him and his team to relocate a previously sited junction box, as well as a tall tree-light, he and his team did it without the slightest indication that I had inconvenienced them or impacted their planned timetable. Also, previously unplanned, I had asked for a switch to be installed on an outside wall. Not only did he install the switch as I had asked, he personally went to a hardware store to get a conduit so it would blend seamlessly into the wall. He was so proud of what he had done, he gave me a call later to see how I liked it- I loved it including the fact he had personally take the initiative to finish the job better. This is an attitude I have not found often in service companies.
